Features:
XL-ZH-1200 model of bevel inserting combination jointing machine is the main machine of the production line, which adopts PLC touch screen control system, air cylinder or step motor as drive. The machine can insert, cut, and control the position of the wire mesh and the foamed plastic boards automatically to complete the production of the 3D panel.
This production line is of high automatic manufacturing level, productive efficiency, and low lack welding rate, strong welding pressure and even welding strength. The finished products (3D panels) are in good quality and cost low.

This production line includes: EPS batch pre-expander, Bed dryer, EPS block molding machine, EPS cutting machine.
